Click the applicable group name from the list, then click the Meeting tab.

(Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in your account, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting. If a verification dialog box appears, click Turn On to verify the change. If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. Under In Meeting (Basic), verify that Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host is enabled. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings. To enable Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host for all users in the account: Zoom desktop client for macOS, 4.6.0 (13614.1202) or higherĮnabling Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host Account. Prerequisites for disabling desktop screen sharing Note: This setting also impacts what users can screen share on the Zoom mobile app. This option is useful for account owners and admins because it manages what participants see and do on their screen, limiting screen sharing to applications instead of their entire desktop.
When this option is enabled, users can only share selected applications and files. Account owners and admins can now limit screen sharing to applications only, preventing the host and participants from sharing their entire desktop.
